A review of your public online presence, covering reviews, Google profile, website, booking, missed calls, search visibility, and tracking, followed by a 30-minute walkthrough. It is free, uses only public information, and carries no obligation.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We do not guarantee outcomes. We fix what is in your control, report on the numbers each month, and help you test changes with your own figures.
How much do your services cost?
Starting points are shared on your free walkthrough, because the right setup depends on your business.
Do you send marketing texts?
No. Missed-call text-back is a reply to a person who called your business. We do not promote marketing texts without consent.
Do you offer anything in exchange for reviews?
No. We help you ask every happy customer for an honest review, and nothing more.
Will callers know when an AI answers?
Yes. An AI receptionist should announce that calls may be recorded or handled by an AI assistant, and we set that up. This is not legal advice.
How do you handle patient information?
We ask that nobody put health or patient information into our forms, and we build nothing that collects it. If a tool we set up could touch patient data, it has to come from a vendor that will sign a business associate agreement (BAA). If a vendor will not sign one, we do not use that tool for patient information.
